My interest in the arts was destined from a young age with a mom that doubled as an artist. After years of focusing on painting, my interest took a strong turn for photography. I bought my first DSLR camera in middle school and started AJP in high school, and haven't looked back. Since then, I have been blessed to professionally photograph hundreds of portraits, weddings, engagements, editorials, and events combined.

I love photography for continuously bringing new people into my life and providing a creative outlet. My goal when working with clients is to capture timeless and authentic moments that really tell the story of your day (or season of life!). My photography approach combines portraiture and photojournalism to get both candid moments and carefully crafted portraits.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me salsa & bachata dancing, lifting in the gym, making my next travel plans, or spending time with my loved ones.
