Prompt’s annual corporate party transformed into a fully immersive themed event with Prompt Labs Gone Mad, a high-energy experience blending interactive design, branded storytelling, and live entertainment. The experience began on shuttle buses from the conference, where guests received LED wristbands and watched a custom intro video introducing the “lab” theme.
At Canvas Event Venue, attendees entered through a dramatic registration tunnel where a costumed lab team scanned and activated glowing wristbands during playful “triage” check-ins. Guests then moved through a transformed entrance with red draping, immersive lighting, and atmospheric fog. Inside a fog-filled “decontamination” transition, themed hors d’oeuvres were served in test tubes through a custom-designed wall by gloved “lab techs.” A voiceover welcome completed the story-driven arrival, showcasing immersive corporate event production at its best.
Inside the main event space, guests explored a vibrant, laboratory-inspired environment featuring interactive activations, floating food stations, and a bold, science-themed bar installation at the center of the room. Immersive lighting and colorful design elements fueled the high-energy atmosphere, while live entertainment kept the dance floor packed — including an incredible band and a special performance by America’s Got Talent finalist Jourdan Blue.
From lab-inspired bites like tomato soup in syringes to desserts served in tube-style containers, every detail worked together to create a memorable immersive corporate event that brought Prompt’s brand to life in a fun and unexpected way.
